I am most 26 weeks pg with no 2. I have a funny feeling this baby is coming a fleck early. I physically feel at present how I did at about 36 weeks meaning with dd - same twinges and cumbersomeness and sense of something coming soon. Is this merely because it is second time? Wondered if anyone else had feeling babe going to be a chip early and then it was? I don't mean it is going to come very prematurely, only that I kind of feel it's going to exist three or iv weeks early.
(DD was blindside on time).

I had a c-section booked for my 2nd baby and was sure I wasn't going to make it til then. Twinges, baby feeling low, heavy etc and a feeling of something going incorrect.
She wasn't early though. And all adept.

I spent my entire 2nd pregnancy absolutely
convincedthat DD2 was going to come early. No tangible reason, just a powerful feeling that she'd exist a couple of weeks early on, even though DD1 arrived on her due date. In the end DD2 was a week late, and I was extremely grumpy about it, as I felt like I was three weeks overdue by that point.
Deplorable, not much encouragement, I know...

Maybe, just a thought, its like feeling kicks earlier in subsequent pregnancies, everything is more relaxed, so you lot're feeling all the twinges earlier? In my 2nd and third I felt alot more pressure down there and felt convinced they would be early

To add - they weren't

I was convinced DS2 was coming belatedly, DS1 was induced, he was 1.5 weeks early.
<<helpful>>

That'due south all encouraging. I don't think early
is a good thing (though would adopt not late).

DD2 was due on the 17th of may, ELCS booked for 39 weeks but I was convinced she would get in early, waters bankrupt and section done at 37 weeks. You could be right, I'yard glad I suspected as I was prepared, had everything organised etc.

Was convinced, absolutely, that DS would be early. Built-in at twoscore+13.

Felt a lot of Braxton Hicks from almost week 35 so I did feel information technology was likely the baby would come up at least a merely early on - DS built-in at 39+1 and then just slightly early on.

I felt that with all 3 of mine.
Dd1 was 3 days early - just as well, she was 9lb12
Ds was 10 days early - and was 9lb3, goodness knows what he would have been at term!
Dd2 I didnt have quitethe same sense of "early-ness" but I was induced (twice, it didn't work the first time!) at 37 weeks equally I was getting very unwell with a kidney condition.
I never got to my due appointment in 3 full term pregnancies!

I was adamant that DC was going to make it early on ( with no real reason to back this upwardly) phone call information technology intuition but PFB arrived at 37+3

No, my starting time was premature and I never thought I'd make it to my elcs engagement with number ii, but I did. It felt similar a major victory!

I tin't say I actually felt... annihilation. I had more aches and pains with the more pregnancies I had, but didn't ever call back this ones going to be early/belatedly. I'm just aiming for early Jan with this one.
DS1 was 41+1, DS2 was 39+1 and DS3 was 39+5. One late, one early, one nearly on time. I can never tell!

I thought this one would be.
Then at 37 weeks midwife heavily hinted baby may well be early as was 3/5ths engaged. Yet waiting. forty weeks tomorrow.
Trying not to exist grumpy but feels like I'1000 already overdue!
WandaDoff Mon 17-Sep-12 08:00:46
I thought DD would be early. She'due south my 3rd.
Even the midwife thought she'd be early.
She came on her due date.

Im on DC2 and recall the same. Im 33 wks and im convinced I wont encounter my due date. Probably considering my pelvic floor is so buggered that it feels like information technology volition drop out any fourth dimension now rather than a feeling that information technology volition actually exist early on!

I was convinced that this LO would get in early. Had some issues with haemorrhage and she's big so I've had everything prepare since 33 weeks. I'1000 at present 39 weeks and had iii weeks of twinges, contractions, bump dropped and feeling similar she'll be here someday. Tried lots of things to help her on her way too but after spending yesterday in infirmary once again I've given up and accepted that she's probably gonna end upward being late now. I've just found the waiting and hoping exhausting!

i know at that place's no science to this, but feel quite reassured past the number of yous who felt baby would exist early and it wasn't. With DS1 my waters bankrupt at 36+4 and afterwards a failed induction he arrived past Emcs at 37w. I'm at present 37+2 and have a section booked for 2 weeks today just have been fretting i won't get there. I REALLY need to concluding till this Sat at least as otherwise me and babe are virtually homeless... <nervous face up>

I am hoping it works the other mode round - I'one thousand 39+4 with DC1 and convinced it will be incredibly late....hopefully I'm incorrect!
CaptainHetty Monday 17-Sep-12 12:eleven:49
I was convinced from thirty weeks onwards this one was going to appear early on. I'g now 38 weeks so she isn't! I think nosotros just get paranoid and worry well-nigh everything.
jenbird Mon 17-Sep-12 13:00:fifty
Have to say I think you are merely more aware of everything the second time round so y'all feel it all a lot earlier.
furrygoldone Mon 17-Sep-12 13:01:58
I was convinced this baby would be early, I'm 40+6
Goldrill Mon 17-Sep-12 13:07:58
DD1 was forty+xiii; am at present 36 weeks with DD2 and wouldn't be surprised if she arrived any solar day now. She was transverse until last weekend and and then turned head down and since so I have sooo much pressure level, twinginess, cramping, stretchy feelings and by and large weird stuff going on downwardly in that location that I am amazed my poor, battered pelvic floor is still making any kind of effort to keep her in place! And am very, very uncomfortable - didn't have this at all with DD1. I actually quite wanted her to be late until she dropped as am working until due appointment - but at present the sooner she arrives the better!
She will, no doubt, be equally contrary as her sister and non bear witness up for some other 6 weeks. (vi weeks! 6 bloody weeks!!)
